I am the producer of Roadhouse Storytellers® at the renowned Pittsboro Roadhouse on US 64 just west of the square in downtown Pittsboro. There is ample parking across the street. These storytelling shows are at 7 PM on the third Wednesdays of odd-numbered months (except July). The storytelling venue includes full meal service and a full bar, so plan to get there before 6:30 to order your dinner and first round of drinks before the stories begin. There is no cover charge, but there will be a tip bucket. Our storytellers tell edgy but family friendly, true stories and tall tales from their own experiences or those of people they know! Come hear them tell their tales. What a night on the town in historic downtown Pittsboro!
Wednesday, March 18th, 2020 event from 7 – 9pm
Since its founding in March 2017, Roadhouse Storytellers® has featured 50+ top-flight storytellers from four states in ten wonderful concerts.
The next Roadhouse Storytellers show will feature five great storytellers who will entertain you with great stories while you enjoy the great food at Pittsboro Roadhouse. Three greats! I will be telling three stories of refined life (fine tea, fine coffee, and a fine cellist). Marvin Cole will be channeling Mark Twain, Amy Sayle will be channeling the universe, and who knows how Lona Bartlett and Alan Hoal will channel joy to your hearts. Put March 18th in your calendar now and join us at 7 PM at the Pittsboro Roadhouse. As always, no cover, excellent food, and great stories.
The next Roadhouse Storytellers® event (after this one) will be May 13th, 2020 at 7 PM at the Pittsboro Roadhouse. Don’t miss it!
